NATHAL Training - since 1980
Created by my beloved teacher, German Psychologist Dr. Gertje Lathan, in the 1970ies, NATHAL® has ever since delivered proof that extraordinary states of mind and extraordinary personal achievements are not mere fate or chance - they can be trained and purposefully sought for.
I started learning NATHAL® when I was 20 years old and today have the previlege of giving back to others what was given to me.
As an engineer, I can say: NATHAL® is the most efficient, most down-to-earth, and psychologically safest method of mental training there is. It leaves no aspect of personal and spiritual development uncovered, and at the same time practical, real-life-application is deep in its DNA.
